{ Description } AdminUtils got some updates today.

Some commands now work from the console screen and do not need an admin in-game - the only people with access to the console are already aware of the commands that work.

The anti-votespam got an update, with a couple more filtering rules, and it now checks for people saying map names too.

{ Description } MTA 1.0's addBan funtion, that replaces all the other types of ban functions, also includes banning by serial as well as by IP.

Also, I've put this on hold as until we have a race toptimes script that actually contains administration functions for 1.0, development on this can go nowhere.
