Task Description Original feature request was promoted to a task

Feature request description:
a Cops and Robbers Gamemode to use in the Race Server.

People can choose what team, Cops or Robbers,
(Force Even Teams ON)

noone can get out of cars like race.

Cops go after the robbers, and to take out a robber involves either Dropping a Spike Strip infront of them, Destroying them, Drive By Weapos (MP5's). Kill all the Robbers before Times Up.

For Robbers to win, either Stay away from the cops till Times Up, or Destroy the cop's by Driveby weapons (MP5) or Ramming.
