Set up a HTTP Download that supports Multiple connections, to make the downloading of tonnes of small files faster.

Unlike last time where every server had a specific download folder such as /mta/serverfiles/race/
Just make the link go to the /mta-servers/ folder. that way we can just change the rest of the link depending on the server and if the server directories change.
