Here's the wishlist for the ALL NEW upcoming Destruction Derby Game-mode.

I've done some work before, here's what I've achieved.

1. Travel Screen:

Since Maps load silently on 1.1 (No download bar), players would want to see some details about the loading map. Feedback please.

2. User Panel:

Manage all your settings from here, may be a replacement for the PADD concept. Still unfinished and need some alignment tweaking. All made from DX 50% transparent black background to match our current style. Any ideas welcome.

3.Countdown:

Not much of a difference, just added some text, if you've got a better idea, share it!

4. Music after countdown:

A brief track that should warm you up for the round. Idea is in beta, may and may not be taken. Will decide after a public beta test.

5. Ghosemode/No collisions voting

I already have a resource on the community, but the idea is still useful for Destruction Derby:Deathmatch (DM) maps.

As you can see, All the changes I've made are in the looks and don't affect gameplay. Propose things we can add to make the gameplay more fun and addicting.

Its your chance to propose an idea you've always had!

How is ghostmode useful for Destruction Derby maps?

Also what's with the "x35" after the starting vehicle?

Other than that these are some cool ideas! Smile

I guess x35 is how many spawns there are. Maybe I have some ideas, suggestions after a beta test.

Modern Destruction derby is divided into 2 parts.

First off: Classic DD, where you need to push/hit others in order to be the last survivor.

Second: DM (Deathmatch), Where you sort of race to get the hunter placed at the end of the map, and then destroy other players and win. Ghostmode is required here when player count is a lot.

x35 is the number of spawnpoints.

Just throw them here, won't test until there's enough new features, till now, you'll just feel like you're playing the normal PS DD gamemode.

I think the gamemode is alright, nothing to change there.

I'm not sure about the healthbar in the gamemode, is there one? I like this one:

We should be using the health-o-meter in the speedo. But maybe since DD is all about health, Maybe we can change its style to make it much clearer. The Whole RaceHUD will need a re-design since there are some differences. (Like the map times)
